Our care-at-home service offers you the choice to remain independent in the comfort of your own home, without compromising on the quality of care.

Our care-at-home duties include:

• Providing high-quality person-centred care to service users in their own homes in accordance with their support plan
• Providing personal care duties such as washing, dressing, bathing, toileting and medication monitoring and/or assistance with these activities.
• Administering medications
• Shopping and meal preparation support
• Supporting with domestic, daily living tasks including cleaning
• Helping service users to access the community, socialise and undertake leisure activities
• Manual handling, using equipment where required
• Promoting service users health and well-being, independence and enabling them to live their life to the fullest
• Being flexible to work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends
• Maintaining appropriate records to meet the needs of the service, observing and promptly reporting changes or concerns in your service user's circumstances or condition

Our care-at-home services are delivered by large personnel of qualified and experienced healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers. We follow a rigid recruitment procedure to ensure that all of our workers are compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). All our staff and carers are CRB /DBS fully enhanced checked.
