1. Login/Register Page: Users can log in or register, with different access levels for roles like carer, team leader, manager, nurse, and admin.

2. eRecruitment: Job Applicants fill in our electronic application form and interview process by applying their preferred levels for roles like carer, team leader, manager, nurse, and admin.

3. User Dashboard:

  - Carer/Staff View: Shows scheduled tasks, logs, alerts, and notifications.

  - Manager/Admin View: Provides access to department statistics, and other administrative tasks.

4. User Profile: Users can view and edit their personal information.

5. eDocumentation: All day-to-day documentation (Daily reports, body maps, incident reports, etc with detailed views for each service (for domiciliary and supported living clients), and more.

6. Timesheet Management:

  - Staff View: Staff can create and submit timesheets.

  - Manager View: Managers can approve or reject timesheets.

7. Notifications: Alerts and notifications relevant to the user’s role and activities.

8. Communication/Messaging: A feature for internal messaging among users.

9. Training Center: Offers training videos and assessments for staff professional development.
