Nomase Care is delighted to be celebrating ten successful years in business earlier this January 2024.
Nomase Care was founded in 2014 by Victor Isibor and celebrates a decade in the home care, supported living and staff supply business on Tuesday, 23rd January 2024. Victor formed Nomase Care with acost of £1 and a strong desire to put smiles on the faces of the people and his family which gave him the boost to encourage himself. He believed that his efforts could create good in people's lives.
Since those early beginnings, Nomase Care has been driven by Victor’s passion to provide the very highest standard of home care and supported living services to promote independence and quality of life for those living in their own homes across London, Kent and Medway. The award-winning business has gone on to expand its regional network with 3 locations that have achieved success after implementing the Nomase Care model.
Nomase Care has recently been recognised with National awards (NSAB ‘We see you – We hear you’ Excellence awards with two accolades for efforts as recognition of ongoing dedication to safeguarding adults from abuse and neglect. Nomase Care received two accolades at the ‘Caring at its BestAwards” in 2018 and 2019 consecutively. Nomase Care is also thrilled that they have been shortlisted for a prestigious national award for “2022 NSAB ExcellenceAward - Safeguarding Prevention Champion’.
Victor commented “Our most recent award wins are a testament to the unique family culture at Nomase Care and are clear evidence of our commitment to the continuous improvement and well-being of our employees, something I am extremely proud of. Providing care is anything but unskilled work. We need to remove this damaging perception and continue celebrating the amazing work performed by our carers and make caring visible. Nomase Care is a wonderful place for people to develop their talent and receive the best training, coaching, and mentoring to progress their career in care.”
Victor went on to add “I am so proud of everything that we have achieved over the past 10 years. There have been so many highlights, from welcoming our first client on board, which I still remember to this day, to winning our first award in 2018. Everytime we receive a positive client review is a highlight as I know our teams have made a real difference. Particularly over the past 12 months, I am honoured by how the office and care teams have come together to support each other. We have all helped each other & our clients despite challenging times. The population of the U.K. is ageing, and the home care sector is growing. Combine this with the current step-change in the perception of carers. It is not too difficult to see that there is a fabulous opportunity for thesector to thrive economically, whilst also bringing huge social benefits. Nowis the time to celebrate everything we have achieved & we very much look forward to continue being the leader in home care and supported living across London, Kent and Medway over the next decade.” ⠀
